St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, located at 171 Closter Dock Road in Closter, New Jersey, invites the members of the community to come and meet Lily, the Comfort Dog. Lily will visit St. Paul’s on Sunday, September 29th. Lily’s trainer, Linda Scinquegrana of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Old Bridge, will share Lily’s story during the 10 AM worship service and at a brunch in St. Paul’s Fellowship Hall. The brunch will take place at 11 AM.
Lily, a Golden Retriever, is the Lutheran Church Charities trained Comfort Dog of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Lily is part of a national network of trained service dogs called the Lutheran Church Charities K-9 Comfort Dog Ministry.
